  • 60 ml olive oil

Step 1

Brown the rabbit meat in a pot until well toasted. We add the artichoke, the young garlic and finally the peas. Once the vegetables are lightly browned, sauté the previously chopped garlic and sprinkle the paprika to toast for a few seconds.

Step 2

Add the peeled and diced tomato and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the dry rice to fry it a little and then add the broth (you can make it yourself or buy it already made). Add salt and let it cook for about 15-16 minutes until the grain is cooked.
