  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil.
  • Red chilli powder.
  • ½ tablespoon ginger powder.
  • 1/2 clove of garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable broth.
  • Juice of one lemon.
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame.
  • Salt.

Heat the asparagus and broccoli in the microwave for a few minutes, and brown them lightly in a frying pan with a splash of EVOO olive oil. Remove from heat and reserve.
