It is known that we live in busy times: the whirlwind of big cities, the stress generated by a work paradigm in constant transformation and the acceleration of today’s world can lead us to lose sight of the fact that as human beings we feel, think and act accordingly and move in multidimensional fields of information.
For centuries, humanity has lived as if it were limited to a space reduced in time and possibilities, a “petty cash” that does not reflect the reality of our existence. Today, thanks to scientific advances and the contribution of great thinkers, we can begin to expand our perception. The American physicist David Bohm, winner of a Nobel Prize, urged us in a speech to inform ourselves collectively to escape ignorance and assume our capacity and responsibility in the world we create daily.
Science has shown in recent decades that thoughts are not harmless or free. Each idea generates a vibration that impacts the information field in which we move, a multidimensional space where the invisible has a real weight that later manifests as matter. This concept, which Jean-Pierre Garnier Malet –French physicist and Doctor in fluid mechanics– explained in 1988 how the “manifested world” and the “unmanifested world It resonates with teachings from ancient cultures and opens new possibilities for human creativity.
understanding that our thoughts have a direct impact on reality and our way of living it, we can organize them into two different types. On the one hand there are the limiting or malevolent thoughtswhich are those who destroy, prey and distance us from cooperation. These thoughts feed fear, victimization, and feelings of helplessness. On the other, there are the benevolent or highly navigable thoughts. These align with the idea that what benefits us individually must also benefit the environment around us. Benevolent thoughts generate responsibility, empathy, and a deep connection to humanity as a whole.
Adopt a benevolent mentality It is essential to generate a more harmonious reality for ourselves and for the whole.. If each individual cultivates their mind at this frequency, even the negative thoughts of the most destructive minds can lose their impact on reality.
Based on this scientifically proven theory, the Argentine quantum activist and lecturer Gabriela Piccoli proposes concrete work for resignify the way of recreating our reality. Traditionally, creativity was associated with great geniuses, artists or inventors. However, creativity is not limited to the production of masterpieces, but can become a tool to promote, precisely, the creation of the reality that each person wants to inhabit.
Authentic creativity emerges when we manage our field of thoughts with intentionality, and in this way we create and manifest our best version, says Gabriela. In her workshops, presented in the Shamanic and Healing wellness and consciousness program, she works hacking the mind, that is to say, teaching how to create from a conscious and responsible place, understanding how our ideas and thoughts concretely impact our lives and the lives of those around us.
To assume our multidimensionality and live in the world of ideas responsibly, we need to arm ourselves with different tools. Some of what Piccoli proposes are:
The message that thinkers like Bohm and Garnier Malet left us is clear: Humanity must emerge from ignorance and assume its active role as creator of reality. This not only benefits us as individuals, but impacts the fields of thought and information in society, transforming countries and entire communities.
It is a key moment in history to take responsibility for the quality of our thoughts, and commit to uploading only benevolent and creative thoughts to the information network that connects us all, based on consciousness, empathy, collaboration and innovation.
