Rivaldo trusts Hansi Flick

Rivaldo acknowledged that Barcelona had lost crucial points but insisted that he had faith in Flick and the players to recover from this bad run.

“Barça has missed very important points in the last few games, but it is still the leader of La Liga” said the former Ballon d’Or member.

Next, Rivaldo added that he hopes Barcelona will stand out in La Liga and return to its best version in the coming weeks.

“Barcelona will win again and stand out in La Liga, although Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid are always on the lookout, especially Real Madrid, who can never be ruled out.” commented the Brazilian icon.

Regarding the confrontation between Barça and Atlético de Madrid tonight in Montjuic, Rivaldo shares his opinion:

“It is a difficult match for Barcelona because Atlético will try to stop them in every possible way. Simeone is a great coach and his work with the players is remarkable.

“At the beginning of the season Atlético was in a complicated situation, but now they are tied on points, which shows Simeone’s quality. It will be a close game, but I think Barcelona has everything to win.”
