Preheat the oven to 180ºC with top and bottom heat, and prepare a tray with non-stick paper. Mix all the ingredients except the vegetable drink in a container. Add this liquid little by little, mixing, adding more if the dough asks for it, until it has a malleable texture, somewhat moist but not sticky.
Spread between two sheets of non-stick paper and roll out well with a rolling pin, leaving a thickness of about 4-6 mm. Cut with a pastry cutter to the desired size, or a thin-edged knife, and distribute on the tray, slightly separated.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Wait for them to cool a little before placing them on a wire rack to finish cooling. Keep in an airtight container.
