Disgraced Barcelona midfielder not considering move in January despite lack of minutes

Barcelona midfielder Pablo Torre has no plans to leave the Club during the next January transfer market, according to Roger Torelló Mundo Deportivo.

It is said that despite facing an uncertain future at the club, the 21-year-old remains focused on staying at Barcelona until the end of the season.

Torre’s situation at Barcelona has been quite inconsistent with Hansi Flick. At the beginning of the season he was not included in the coach’s plans, but his situation seemed to improve at the end of September when he was given the opportunity to play three consecutive games.

However, after a brief appearance in the first half against Las Palmas at the end of November, he has not appeared in any of the following matches.

Since that match, Barcelona has played five more games (against Mallorca, Betis, Dortmund, Leganés and Atlético de Madrid), but Torre has remained absent and has not even entered the field as a substitute.

In the Champions League, Torre’s participation has been minimal. He played just three minutes in Barcelona’s opening match in Monaco and 12 minutes against Brest, further highlighting his limited role in the squad.

Despite the current lack of playing time, he is determined to remain at Barcelona. He understands that the season is long and, with the Copa del Rey starting after the Christmas holidays, he hopes to have more opportunities to show his talent.

However, if the club decides to let him go or if another attractive offer comes in, he could reconsider his position.

Torre’s main goal is not only to win as many titles as possible with Barcelona, but also to earn a place in the Spanish team for the next European Championship.

To achieve this, he knows he must play regularly and perform well on the field, something that is currently impossible without more minutes on the pitch.
