Barcelona hierarchy holds urgent meeting at Camp Nou to address registration issues

Barcelona is currently facing a complicated situation regarding the registrations of two players, Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor.

Now, as reported by MARCA, key members of Barcelona’s management, including Joan Laporta, Rafa Yuste, Ferran Olive and Joan Soler, have met at the Camp Nou to address the current crisis.

The goal of the meeting is to find a solution to the player registration issue before the rapidly approaching deadline.

Barcelona is in serious trouble.

It is no secret that the club faces a race against time, since the regulations set December 31 as the final date to register players.

Unfortunately, Barcelona were unable to complete the registrations of the two players before the cut. However, management has not given up and remains determined to resolve the issue before late tomorrow.

The situation is particularly complicated due to regulatory restrictions. The rules explicitly prohibit a club from releasing a player and re-registering him within the same season.

Despite this, Barcelona’s senior managers are exploring all possible avenues to ensure compliance with the rules and achieve their objectives.

The ongoing summit at Camp Nou reflects the urgency and seriousness with which the club is addressing this issue.

Barça has tried everything.

It should be noted that Barcelona made an attempt late on December 31 by requesting the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to process new licenses for the players.

However, this approach seems to have reached a dead end. The club now faces the difficult task of identifying an alternative solution that aligns with league regulations while also addressing the needs of both players.

In the midst of this uncertainty, Olmo and Víctor have continued to maintain their professionalism. Despite not having their contracts officially validated, they have participated in team training for the new year.

Both players are fully aware of the efforts being made in the Barça offices and remain hopeful that the matter will be resolved in their favor.
