- Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our Booking Page.
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

5. Cancellations and Refunds.
- Rescheduling or Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or unattended without prior notice are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical failure or error on our part and are granted solely at our discretion.
- Completed Sessions: No refunds will be provided for sessions that have already occurred.
